Perfect Pear Roof & Exterior Cleaning is seeking a serious candidate for our Territory Manager position. We are looking to develop a sales area through company driven leads, knocking on a few doors around current jobs and current leads and visiting our current and new referral sources.

This job is what you make of it. No caps or limits. Full commission on everything you sell, but you have to work hard, replicate your efforts, knock on doors, make cold calls to generate business and maintain a 50% close rate.

The job involves performing estimates for provided leads, and generating new leads through tried and true marketing efforts that we will teach you.

This job is only for those who have a solid work ethic, are dependable, and have natural sales ability and can follow our system of marketing.

8-5 PM Monday - Friday (There are some days that go past 5 but not many - some Saturdays - VERY rare!)

Job Qualifications:

• Sales Experience (minimum 1 year)
• Clean Driver's License
• Clean-cut professional appearance
• Smart Phone
• Able to pass a background check
